As we memorialized last year with Governor Crist, this is our Annual End of The Year Report Card for Florida’s Governor. Governor Rick Scott’s 2011 Report Card:
Vision: F Since a moron can say “jobs, jobs, jobs,” and he has articulated no inspirational vision embracing improving education, public safety, the environment and quality of life, this grade is inevitable.
Effective Implementation of Policy: F Since he has deleted most of the records of his Administration, there is very little information to evaluate.
Transparency: F See Effective Implementation of Policy, above.
Integrity: F He brought into office the most tarnished ethics record of any Governor in Florida, and refuses to make available related public records on depositions. His staff assigns selected reporters access. His family is benefiting from his public service.
Overall Grade: F
Legacy: 1. Little knowledge and interest in the workings of Florida government.
2. Among the worst public speaking Governors ever, constantly repeating memorized responses.
3. Very polite.
